This policy outlines our operational standards for domestic shipping within the United States, ensuring you have clear expectations from the moment you click “Purchase” to the moment your new artwork is ready for display.

To maintain efficiency and transparency, our logistics team operates on a strict schedule. We treat every canvas and print with professional care, ensuring that the preparation phase is thorough yet swift.

Note: Total delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 8 business days. Please account for federal holidays, during which our carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) do not operate.

We believe that premium art should be accessible without complex shipping calculations. To simplify your shopping experience, Fontheaddesign utilizes a flat-rate shipping model for all domestic destinations.

3. Trusted Delivery Partners & Tracking

Your wall art is fragile and requires professional handling. To ensure safe delivery, we partner exclusively with established domestic couriers:

• USPS: Ideal for standard residential deliveries.
• UPS: Utilized for larger canvas pieces requiring enhanced tracking and transit speed.
• FedEx: Employed for heavy-duty protection and expedited ground routes.

Once your order transitions from our handling facility to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email contains your dedicated tracking number. We encourage you to monitor this number via the carrier’s official website for real-time updates regarding your delivery window.

4. The Journey of Your Art

The “Handling Time” mentioned in Section 1 is a critical period where our quality control experts verify the color accuracy, frame integrity (if applicable), and packaging security of your purchase. We use industrial-grade, moisture-resistant materials and corner protectors to ensure that the corners of your artwork remain crisp and the surface remains pristine during the 2 – 6 days of transit.

Our 5:00 PM EST cut-off is strictly observed to maximize the daily pickup cycles of our couriers. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be queued for the first handling cycle on Monday morning.

5. Shipping Address Integrity

To prevent delays or misdelivery, please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately, including secondary details like Apartment or Suite numbers.

Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details after the order is placed, please notify us within 12 hours. Once an order has entered the “Shipping” phase and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to redirect the package. Fontheaddesign is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

6. Damages & Delivery Discrepancies

If your artwork arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product itself, please document the condition with high-resolution photographs. Contact our support team immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to investigate and, more importantly, we will prioritize a replacement shipment for you at no additional cost.
