Once your order transitions from our handling facility to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email contains your dedicated tracking number. We encourage you to monitor this number via the carrier’s official website for real-time updates regarding your delivery window.
The “Handling Time” mentioned in Section 1 is a critical period where our quality control experts verify the color accuracy, frame integrity (if applicable), and packaging security of your purchase. We use industrial-grade, moisture-resistant materials and corner protectors to ensure that the corners of your artwork remain crisp and the surface remains pristine during the 2 – 6 days of transit.
Our 5:00 PM EST cut-off is strictly observed to maximize the daily pickup cycles of our couriers. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be queued for the first handling cycle on Monday morning.
To prevent delays or misdelivery, please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately, including secondary details like Apartment or Suite numbers.
Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details after the order is placed, please notify us within 12 hours. Once an order has entered the “Shipping” phase and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to redirect the package. Fontheaddesign is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
If your artwork arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product itself, please document the condition with high-resolution photographs. Contact our support team immediately.
