Cancel/ Change Order

At Fontheaddesign, we strive to process and fulfill your wall art orders as quickly as possible. Because our production team begins preparing your canvases and prints shortly after an order is placed, there is a limited window of time to make adjustments or cancellations. This policy outlines the requirements and timelines for modifying your order.

1. Modification Windows

To ensure your request is successful, please note the following critical timeframes based on our daily 5:00 PM EST cut-off.

2. Order Cancellation

If you change your mind shortly after purchasing, you may request a full cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

• If the cancellation is requested within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• If the order has already entered the production or shipping phase (1-2 days handling), it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item arrives.

3. Changing Your Order

We understand that errors happen—perhaps you selected the wrong size or provided an old shipping address.

Address Changes: Contact us immediately at support@fontheaddesign.com. While we will make every effort to update your details before the daily carrier pickup, we cannot guarantee changes once the tracking number has been generated.

Item Changes: If you wish to switch to a different art piece or change the size, we recommend cancelling the original order (within the 12-hour window) and placing a new order to ensure the correct item is allocated to you.

4. After the Order has Shipped

Once an order has been picked up by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we have no technical ability to intercept or change the package. If the address provided was incorrect and the package is returned to our Macon, GA facility, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery due to customer error.
