If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed to be as stress-free as the art itself.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your request meets the following criteria:

• The request must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• The wall art must be in its original condition, free from scratches, stains, or damage caused by improper hanging.
• The item should ideally be returned in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. No Restocking or Administrative Fees

We believe in a fair shopping experience. Unlike many retailers, Fontheaddesign does not charge restocking fees or hidden administrative costs for returns. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item.

4. Refund Timeline & Procedure

Once your returned artwork is received and inspected by our quality control team at our Macon facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the transaction to your statement.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your wall art arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect design, please contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including the provision of a prepaid return shipping label if necessary.
