While we coordinate closely with our partners to support timely fulfillment, circumstances outside our direct control may influence the final arrival date.

Order Processing Overview
Fontheaddesign sells apparel including men’s jeans, women’s hoodies, men’s denim pieces, and women’s jeans. Many items are prepared specifically for each order. As a result, fulfillment includes both handling time and transportation time.
After checkout, orders usually pass through several steps such as payment authorization, allocation to a production location, preparation, packaging, and carrier pickup scheduling. Tracking information is typically issued once the shipment has been scanned by the transportation provider.
We work to move orders efficiently; however, volumes during promotional or holiday periods can require additional coordination.
Daily Order Cutoff Time
Our operational cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders submitted after this time are generally reviewed on the following business day. Placement before the cutoff does not necessarily mean an item will ship the same day, but it helps the order enter the queue sooner.
Weekends and public holidays may affect manufacturing schedules, carrier pickup availability, and processing speed.

Fontheaddesign currently offers a flat shipping rate of $6.99. The amount is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Taxes, duties, or additional destination-specific fees—if applicable—are determined by local authorities and are outside our direct administration.
