Payment Methods
Fontheaddesign aims to provide a secure and convenient checkout experience. We currently accept payments through trusted third-party providers that help protect both customers and our store.
At this time, available payment options include PayPal and Venmo.

Secure Checkout
All transactions are processed through encrypted connections using the security systems of our payment partners. Fontheaddesign does not directly store complete financial information such as full card or bank details.
Payment providers manage authorization and fraud screening in accordance with their own policies and regulatory requirements.
PayPal
PayPal allows customers to pay using their PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or cards supported within the PayPal platform.
When selecting PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website or app to log in and confirm the transaction. Once approval is completed, you will return to our store for order confirmation.
Availability of funding sources within PayPal depends on your personal PayPal account settings and PayPal’s own review processes.
Venmo
Venmo provides a fast checkout option for eligible customers. If Venmo is available for your device and region, it may appear as a payment choice during checkout.
You may be asked to sign in to your Venmo account to authorize the transaction according to Venmo’s procedures.
Use of Venmo is subject to the terms, conditions, and approvals of Venmo.
Payment Authorization
Orders are typically processed after successful authorization from the selected payment provider. If authorization is declined or flagged for review, the order may be delayed or canceled.
In certain cases, additional verification may be requested to help ensure transaction security.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions when irregular or suspicious activity is identified.
Currency & Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, additional conversion or service fees may apply.
Any such fees are determined by your provider and are outside of Fontheaddesign’s control.
Order Confirmation
After payment is completed, an order confirmation email is normally sent to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
The confirmation indicates that we have received your order request; it does not necessarily mean the order cannot be reviewed or adjusted if issues are later identified.
Failed or Interrupted Payments
If your payment session is interrupted, the transaction may not complete. In that event, you can return to the store and attempt checkout again.
Should funds appear to be reserved without confirmation, please contact the payment provider first, as they control authorization records.
Billing Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details. Incorrect information may lead to delays, rejection of payment, or cancellation.
Fontheaddesign is not responsible for complications resulting from data entered incorrectly during checkout.
Fraud Prevention
To maintain a safe shopping environment, transactions may be reviewed using automated and manual verification procedures. These checks are designed to protect both customers and our store from unauthorized use.
Additional documentation or confirmation may sometimes be requested before processing continues.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method. Timing of fund availability depends on the payment provider and banking system.
