Order Cancellation & Change Policy
At Fontheaddesign, orders may begin moving through preparation and handling stages soon after they are placed. Because of this workflow, requests to cancel or modify an order are time-sensitive.
We understand that situations change, and we will review every request with care. While we try to accommodate customers whenever possible, options can depend on the order’s production or shipment status at the time the request is received.

Important Timing Considerations
Apparel items such as men's jeans, women's hoodies, men's denim, and women's jeans may be allocated, packed, or prepared for shipment quickly after an order is confirmed.
Once certain stages of processing have started, cancellation or modification possibilities may become limited.
For the best chance of adjustment, customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as they notice an issue.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us with:
- Your order number
- The name used for the purchase
- Your reason for cancellation
Sending a message does not automatically confirm that the order has been canceled. Our support team will first verify the order status and then advise what options may still be available.
If cancellation is not possible, we will help you understand alternatives under the applicable policies.
How to Request a Change
We recognize that customers sometimes need to update details such as:
- Size or fit
- Color or style
- Shipping address
- Contact information
Adjustments may be feasible if the request is received early enough in the preparation timeline. After processing has advanced, modifications might no longer be practical.
Each case is reviewed individually based on timing and operational constraints.
Address Updates
If you discover that your delivery information is incorrect, notify us immediately.
We may be able to update the address before shipment release. However, once the package has been transferred to a carrier, changes may no longer be possible.
Fontheaddesign is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from inaccurate addresses entered during checkout.
Orders in Advanced Processing
When an item has already been picked, packed, or scheduled for dispatch, cancellation or revision opportunities may be restricted.
If flexibility remains, we will explain what may still be achievable.
In some circumstances, the best available solution may involve waiting for delivery and then following the Return & Refund Policy.
After Shipment
Once a parcel is in the possession of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, cancellation is generally no longer available.
Our team can still guide you regarding next steps or eligibility for return after receipt.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are encouraged to review product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
This helps minimize the need for last-minute changes and reduces the risk of complications once processing has begun.
Response Time
We aim to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible during business hours. Response speed may vary depending on volume and complexity.
