Fontheaddesign respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Fontheaddesign website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

1. Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the site.

2. Counter-Notification

If you receive a notification that your wall art or content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, you may send us a counter-notification. This must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Fontheaddesign does not tolerate repeat infringement of intellectual property. We maintain a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. Notice Regarding Misrepresentation

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
