2. Products & Visual Representation

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our wall art. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

4. Delivery Terms

Our delivery obligations are fulfilled once the order is handed to our third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Fontheaddesign pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
